Vasantha Sivaramakrishnan

Vasantha Sivaramakrishnan is a veena artist from the Karaikudi tradition. She is the daughter of Karaikudi Subbarama Iyer, not his granddaughter, and continues to teach and perform in the Karaikudi bani style. Based in Kumbakonam, she maintains the authentic traditions of this important veena lineage.
