1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RagaRasa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. • Maintain the security of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. • Not share your login credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of another person without authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Event Listings

Organizers who list events on RagaRasa agree that: • All event information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. • They hold the rights or permissions to use any images, media, or third-party content included in their listing. • Events listed comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. • RagaRasa reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms or our content guidelines. RagaRasa acts as a discovery platform and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party event information.

4. Ticket Purchases

Where ticket purchasing is facilitated through RagaRasa: • Purchases are subject to availability and the organizer's terms. • All sales may be final unless the organizer specifies a refund or cancellation policy. • RagaRasa is not responsible for refunds, event cancellations, or changes made by the organizer. • Any payment disputes should be directed to the event organizer in the first instance. • Service or processing fees, if applicable, will be displayed clearly before checkout.

5. User Conduct

All users agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content. • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, artists, or organizers. • Upload or share content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam). • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform without written consent. • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the RagaRasa Platform, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of RagaRasa or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit (artist bios, event descriptions, images). By submitting content, you grant RagaRasa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from RagaRasa's proprietary content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: • RagaRasa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. • RagaRasa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RagaRasa at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe: • Violates these Terms of Service. • Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of RagaRasa. • Involves fraudulent or illegal activity. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@ragarasa.in. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
