Guhan Venkataraman

Guhan Venkataraman is a vainika of the Karaikudi parampara who began learning veena from his mother Smt. Lakshmi Venkataraman at age 8. He pursued discipleship under Kalaimamani Smt. Ranganayaki Rajagopalan, a direct disciple of the legendary Karaikudi Sambasiva Iyer, and continues to refine his musicianship under Sri R.K. Shriramkumar. He has performed internationally and is associated with the classical music communities of the Chennai–Hosur corridor.
