Ghatam Karthick

Dr. 'Ghatam' Karthick is a Chennai-based ghatam virtuoso, composer, and disciple of maestros T.H. Vikku Vinayakram and T.H. Subash Chandran. He holds a PhD in Sanskrit and a Masters in Music, and leads the internationally acclaimed Heartbeat Ensemble, which has performed in over 25 countries. An A-TOP graded artist of All India Radio Chennai, he has been adorned with titles including Ghata Nadhamani, Nadha Oli, and Sangeetha Kala Bharathy.
