Geetha R Bhat

Dr. Geetha R. Bhat is an internationally recognized Carnatic Veena artist, music therapist, child psychologist, researcher, and educator based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She began learning Carnatic veena at the age of five under Sangeetha Bhooshanam Smt. B. Gnanambal and later completed her advanced (Vidwat) training under Vidwan R. K. Srinivasamurthy and Karnataka Kalashri Smt. E. P. Alamelu. She also received vocal training from Sri R. R. Keshavamurthy, particularly in the compositions of Muthuswami Dikshitar.
