Harish Sivaramakrishnan

Harish Sivaramakrishnan is a celebrated Carnatic vocalist and the lead vocalist of Agam, the Bengaluru-based Carnatic progressive rock band that has redefined Indian fusion music. Born and raised in Shoranur, Palakkad, Kerala, he began his Carnatic training at age five and has over 30 years of classical music experience. A chemical engineering graduate from BITS Pilani, he has worked as Chief Design Officer at CRED after a career at Adobe and Google. He has performed playback for Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu cinema and won the South Indian International Movie Award for Best Playback Singer (Male, Tamil) in 2021 for "Veyyon Silli." Through Agam, he has brought Carnatic music to a global audience, bridging classical tradition and contemporary rock.
