Meghashyam Keshav

Meghashyam Keshav is an A grade Hindustani tabla artist empanelled with Akashvani (All India Radio) Bengaluru, on its rolls since 2019. He began his tabla training under Pandit Vishwanath Nakod and continued with Pandit Udayaraj Karpur and Pandit Ravindra Yavagal, and currently studies under the maestro Pandit Anindo Chatterjee; he also learned mridangam from Vidwan Arjun Kumar. A CCRT (Government of India) scholarship holder who topped the Government of Karnataka's Vidwat examination, he has accompanied leading musicians including Pt. Ronu Majumdar, Pt. Nayan Ghosh, Pt. Rakesh Chaurasia, Pt. Jayateerth Mevundi and Carnatic artists such as S. Shashank and Mysore Nagaraj-Manjunath. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
