Vidushi Ranjani

Vidushi Ranjani is one half of the acclaimed Ranjani–Gayatri sister duo, among the most celebrated voices in contemporary Carnatic music. A disciple of Smt. Suguna Purushothaman and Sangeetha Kalanidhi Smt. M.S. Sheela, she is revered for her rich timbre, meticulous raga elaboration, and deeply emotive concert presentations. The duo has received the Music Academy’s Sangeetha Kalanidhi award and performs at leading sabhas and international festivals. abc
