Vikas Naregal

Pandit Vikas Naregal is a highly proficient Indian Hindustani classical tabla player, percussion educator, and accompaniment artist based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Deeply rooted in the North Indian classical drumming traditions, he has spent years performing as a trusted accompaniment artist alongside numerous established vocalists, instrumentalists, and classical dance ensembles across regional festivals like Saptak Bengaluru and the Banaswadi Natyanjali assemblies. He is officially empanelled as a graded Hindustani Classical Instrumental - Tabala artist on the active broadcasting rosters of Akashvani (All India Radio) Bengaluru since August 18, 2011. Alongside active concert tours, he shares his extensive rhythmic knowledge with advanced students as an educator associated with cultural learning platforms like Tirakita.
